Specific topics

apply@lbx.org — registration, eligibility, waivers, guardian consent.

mentors@lbx.org — researchers, engineers, founders and educators who want to mentor. The window opens four months before each season.

partners@lbx.org — universities, schools and organisations interested in rooms, benches or support. Facility use is booked; we do not list unofficial university hosting on the public venue page.

press@lbx.org — journalists and educational media. Showcase reports and, with consent, finalist contacts.

verify@lbx.org — certificate questions. Start with verify before writing.

privacy@lbx.org — data-protection requests under the privacy notice.

Schools

Cohorts write to schools@lbx.org for a thirty-minute orientation call. There is no separate institutional fee. Each student or team still submits their own form so guardian consent is not lost in a spreadsheet.

Safeguarding

Concerns about the safety or well-being of a participant go to safeguarding@lbx.org. The address is monitored by the safeguarding lead and routed only to trained staff. Urgent concerns are escalated the same working day.

What to include so we can actually reply

Put the hub, the division, and the team or student name in the subject line. If the question is about a form that already exists, paste the confirmation number. If it is about a certificate, paste the ID and say whether the QR pointed at verify/ or at cert/verify.html. Screenshots help; full passports in the first mail do not. We will ask for identity documents only when we must.
